Our Comfort Candle Cups are lovingly handmade here in the Southern Highlands, each one a little piece of ceramic art.

I’ve always loved the idea of creating things that aren’t just used once and forgotten, so working with the talented Gary to bring these little cups to life has been something really special.

Because they’re handmade, every cup has its own little quirks, some are a little wider, some a little taller, & each one carries the hands and story of the person who made it.

Inside is a candle poured by me using our pure essential oil blends, creating a little moment of warmth & comfort for your home.

Once your candle has finished, the cup gets a whole new life.

The glaze is food safe, so you can use it as a little drinking cup, a tea light holder, a kitchen treasure (my favourite is a warm pumpkin soup on a chilly day), or bring it back to us for a refill.

The colours and blends will continue to change as we create new pieces, so there’s always something a little different waiting in the studio.

WaterStone Pottery

Located at the foot of Mount Tamborine, Waterstone Pottery is a quaint home studio owned by Gary. After spending years in the business world, Gary returned to his passion for pottery. He crafts a limited number of ceramic treasures, including versatile candle vessels that can also serve as drink cups or holders for tea lights.

These little gems are even sweeter than our Gift edition cups, making them perfect additions to your home. Each cup is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, with its own unique glaze application that sets it apart. We're currently offering them in a range of colors, and we hope they'll soon become a permanent fixture in our store. Once you have finished your
candles give them a wash, then use as an adorable tea light holders or even as a handy spot to store jewellery. The possibilities are truly endless.
