We've compiled a list of information about our products, ordering and delivery. We hope this answers any queries you may have!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All of the products I offer contain essential oils, while natural & from the earth. Some products may not be suitable during pregnancy or while nursing. As everyone’s body responds differently to natural ingredients, it’s important to take extra care when choosing products during these times.

If you are pregnant or expecting, please make sure you look into this information to ensure the products you use are safe for you and your baby.

Ordering

Can I get samples before ordering?

Sure can! You can purchase individual tea light or melt singles and we also include a free sample in parcels whenever we can.

Where are your candles made?

Every single candle is made by hand in our studio, located in Tamborine Mountain, QLD. All poured by my two hands.

Something is missing from my parcel, what shall I do?

We are only human and very occasionally we may miss something out of your parcel. If this has happened, please let us know and we will get the missing item to you while apologising profusely!

How long is your processing time?

We are a small business, however we are proud to offer fast, easy service. Orders placed will often be despatched the same day (Monday - Friday). If not, the next working day should see your order leave us. During our peak times this may be extended but shouldn't exceed 4 working days at the absolute maximum.
If you're in a hurry for your items we would encourage you to upgrade to a Express Shipping. 

Are your candles made with essential or perfume oils?

We use only essential oils in our blends. This allows us to get a range of scents that is clean. This changes the price in our candles to be slightly more than a fragrance candle. I include a list of the ingredients on each product page to help you.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Our soy candles are made with CocoSoy wax and pure essential oils. I don't test on animals and the ingredients we use are also cruelty free. 
Our tea lights and wax melts use beeswax, this is clearly described. If you wish to have tea lights made from CocoSoy this would be a custom order, just send us an email and I will work hard to accomodate you.

How will you package my order?

We use completely plastic free packaging. Your items will be wrapped in recycled paper, sealed with paper tape and placed in a box with eco packing chips. All of our packaging can be recycled, re-used or composted. 

Can I order and send it as a gift?

You can choose to gift box your order by adding the option to your cart before checking out. If you would like a note, just leave us a message with what you want on it. Please note that parcels are sent in stamped cardboard boxes. No pricing or invoice will be included.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Delivery depends and is calculated at time of check out. It is calculated on the contents of your basket. We also offer free standard shipping with in Australia when you spend over $100 online.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we can! This is calculated at time of checkout. Some countries we cannot ship to, however. In the new year we hope to be able to offer worldwide shipping. If you don't see your country on the list at checkout, don’t be discouraged, send me an email and I will see what I might be able to offer. International delivery rates are calculated on the weight of your order and will be displayed during checkout. 

My parcel was damaged, what shall I do?

If you've received your order and something has been damaged during delivery please let us know right away. Please email us with details of your delivery, what's damaged and a photo if possible. We will arrange replacements or a refund, depending on the situation and what you'd prefer. We request that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Can we bulk buy candles for an event?

Yes I’m happy to discuss bulk orders for events or gifts. Please email us at hello@aineandco.com.au with what you have in mind and we will get back to you with a detailed quote. 
Please note we are unable to offer personalised branding on our products.
