Refund policy
Returns
We hope you won't want to return any of our products but if you do please note that our policy lasts 14 days. Please note that we are a small business, everything is made in small batches by hand, therefore your candle or product may not be perfect in colour, and some changes to scent are expected among batches. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are still not happy with your purchase, an exchange or refund will be accepted if the item is returned in its original packaging and unused. Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of any of our bath and body products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have issued you with a refund. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@aineandco.com.au and we will reply with a shipping address.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns however for damaged items we will refund your original delivery costs.
