Each mug is lovingly handcrafted by someone I call my friend, Frosina, using traditional hand-building techniques. Her incredible attention to detail ensures that every piece is truly one of a kind.
I actually first found Fro’s work after my friend Alanna sent me a link to “a breast friend mug.” I needed one. After struggling with breastfeeding my first child, by the time I reached my third it had become something I truly cherished.
So, I decided to treat myself to a custom mug. It has three little flowers running down the middle, each in my children’s birthstone colours, a way for me to stay connected to that part of myself when that chapter of our story came to an end.
Fro & I have since worked closely together to bring these mugs to life, though it’s definitely Fro who’s done the heavy lifting. Made with care, laughter, & a shared love for thoughtful design, this collaboration is always a beautiful dance of ideas: I might come to Fro with a rough theme or spark of inspiration, but I always want to leave space for her creativity to shine.
If Fro feels that a lime wheel, a swirl of flames, or something completely unexpected is the vibe… I’m all in. That’s the magic of trusting the people you’re lucky enough to work with.
Fro is not just an artist, but a mother, crafting each mug with her two hands right here on the Gold Coast. Every piece holds her warmth and intention.
