I still remember finding these.

Back in 2023, while wandering the cobbled streets of Haworth in Yorkshire, I ducked into the sweetest little homewares shop. Sitting on a shelf was a beautifully illustrated box of matches with a Cockrel on the front.

I remember thinking, one day I'd love to have these on my own shelves.

Now they're here.

Made by Archivist in the UK, these aren't just a box of matches. They're the kind of everyday item that feels a little bit special. Beautiful enough to leave beside your favourite candle, practical enough to use every day, & just the right amount of quirky.

One thing I love most is that the designs are always changing. I'll be bringing in different illustrations throughout the year, & because they're sourced from the UK, I don't always get the chance to restock every design. So if one catches your eye, don't think about it for too long, it may not make its way back to my shelves.

They're one of my favourite little gifts to pair with a candle, or to give on their own to someone who appreciates beautiful things.
